1. Introduction

Welcome to Alot263 Multi-vendor Marketplace (“Alot263”). By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alot263, governing your use of the Seller Portal and participation in our marketplace. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

2. Seller Fees and Payment Structure

2.1 Success Fees: Before commencing selling on Alot263 Multi-vendor Marketplace, sellers must understand the success fees and payment structure. Success fees encompass referral fees and cover transactional costs, customer support, and platform support. These fees are calculated as a percentage of the VAT inclusive selling price per item sold. A 10% fee per completed order is charged by Alot263. This fee will be credited for returned items.

2.2 Payouts: Payouts will be processed within 7 working days. In the case of transactions completed via Cash on Delivery, the seller must remit the commission to Alot263 within 7 working days.

3. Delivery Partners

Sellers have the option to deliver their orders if approved by Alot263. Otherwise, orders will be delivered by Alot263’s designated delivery partners. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, updating order statuses, packing orders, and handing them over to delivery personnel. Orders are marked as complete only upon successful delivery.

4. Returns Policy

Sellers are responsible for setting up their return policies, which will be utilized in handling returns. Clear and transparent return policies contribute to a positive customer experience and enhance trust in your store.

5. Store Management

5.1 Store Setup: Sellers are responsible for setting up their store banners, store logo, and adding products. The store manager is accountable for adding products, product information (images, descriptions, and pricing), ensuring products are correctly categorized, and placed under the appropriate modules.

5.2 User Management: The store manager has the option to add users and is responsible for assigning roles within the store.

6. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Sellers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their business operations, including but not limited to consumer protection, product safety, and tax obligations.

7. Termination of Agreement

Alot263 reserves the right to terminate the agreement with any seller found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unethical practices.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a seller on Alot263 Multi-vendor Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your seller account on Alot263.
